The Business Plan Center Certificate could be provided both to investors and entrepreneurs:

• Investors are guaranteed by the Center's previous analysis on the project, aiming to assign a positive rating to the investment plan according to an independent judgment. (In fact, the Certification is provided automatically by the Center according to its requirements)
